Terms of Service

ClinicToday provides clinic management software including tokens, patient records, consultation notes, prescriptions and billing. The Service is provided as-is and we work continuously to improve it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for the actions of every user you invite, and for keeping login credentials confidential. You must be authorized to operate the clinic you register.

• Do not use the Service for anything illegal or fraudulent.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls or access data of other clinics.
• Do not upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Do not resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.

Your clinic owns all patient records, prescriptions and billing data it enters into the Service. You grant ClinicToday a limited license to process this data only to operate the Service on your behalf. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Pricing, if any, will be displayed at signup or in-app before you incur a charge. Free plans may have usage limits which we will communicate in advance.

ClinicToday is a documentation tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations. Licensed clinicians using the Service are solely responsible for clinical decisions.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms after reasonable notice, except where the violation requires immediate action to protect the Service or other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClinicToday is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
