Clinic management software for Indian clinics

An Indian OPD is walk-in heavy, cash-and-UPI mixed, and often runs on patchy internet. Software written for large hospitals adds screens a two-person clinic will never use. ClinicToday is scoped deliberately to the day a receptionist and a doctor actually have:

• Register a walk-in patient and issue a printed token in seconds
• Show the doctor a live queue with who is next and how long they have waited
• Write a consultation and print an A4 prescription on the clinic's letterhead
• Take payment in cash or UPI and hand over a receipt
• Send the patient a WhatsApp confirmation instead of a phone call

Token-first flow means no one has to pre-book. The receptionist searches by name or phone; if the patient is new, the same search box opens registration pre-filled. Each patient gets a token number that appears on the doctor's queue, the printed slip and the receipt, so nobody has to ask "whose turn is it?".

ClinicToday is a progressive web app. If the connection drops mid-morning, tokens, prescriptions and unpaid bills keep working — they queue on the device and sync when the network returns. Collecting UPI or cash as paid, WhatsApp, and registering a brand-new patient still need a connection.

Admin, doctor and receptionist each see only their workspace. Receptionists get the queue and billing. Doctors get the consultation screen and prescription printing. Admins get settings, team management, fee templates and reports. Every database query is scoped to your clinic with row-level security.
