What is ClinicToday?
ClinicToday is clinic management software for small and mid-sized Indian clinics. It handles digital token queues, patient records, doctor consultations, printable prescriptions, billing with UPI and WhatsApp updates.
Who is it for?
Single-doctor clinics, multi-doctor polyclinics and small specialty clinics — dental, paediatrics, ENT, dermatology, general practice — that currently run on a paper register.
How much does ClinicToday cost?
It is free to start for a single-doctor clinic. Pricing for multi-doctor clinics is quoted per clinic; message the team on WhatsApp at +91 82770 04474 for a quote.
How long does setup take?
About fifteen minutes. A guided onboarding wizard collects your clinic details, doctors, fee templates and staff, and you can issue your first token immediately after.
Does ClinicToday work without internet?
Tokens, prescriptions and unpaid bills keep working if the internet drops — they are saved on the desk computer and sync when the line returns. Collecting UPI/cash as paid, WhatsApp, and registering a brand-new patient need a connection.
Do I need to install an app?
No. ClinicToday runs in the browser on any laptop, tablet or phone, and can be added to the home screen like an app. There is nothing to install on a server.
Can I print prescriptions and receipts?
Yes. Prescriptions print on A4 with your clinic header, and token slips and billing receipts print from the same screen. Printing works from desktop browsers and iOS.
Can patients get updates on WhatsApp?
Yes. ClinicToday uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform with Meta-approved templates to send token confirmations, visit summaries and receipts.
Is patient data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every query is scoped to your clinic with row-level security, and admin, doctor and receptionist roles limit what each user can see.
Who owns the data, and can I export it?
Your clinic owns its data. It can be exported or deleted on request by emailing hello@logicnex.in.
Can more than one doctor use it at the same time?
Yes. Each doctor has their own queue and consultation workspace, and reception sees all queues together in one table.
